Risk Review

The AHACCS Group's approach to business risk avoidance and review, is a developed and ultimately implemented strategy to ensure operational resilience, as well as to protect the company from reputational and financial damage that may come as a result of operational disruption. The risk review strategy included the following:

  • Persons authorized to invoke risk minimization plan upon the occurrence of an operational disruption
  • Safety measures and safety reps
  • Roles and specific responsibilities of the various parties required to perform specific tasks to ensure that effective function of the business risk strategy is followed correctly
  • Procedures to be invoked in the event of losing resources (i.e. Loss of Technology, Loss of or unavailability of personnel, Loss of Work or Work Area or Premises, Loss of Suppliers and/or Supplies provided by either us or as a result of our action(s), etc.)
  • Schedule of resources required that are to be retained in a state of readiness, Roles and responsibilities of the persons tasked to execute
  • Escalation procedures for and contact details of internal personnel and external parties

  • This is a workflow of depicting key decision points and procedural steps, which are to be taken systematically in resuming a disputed activity or process, by addressing the initial responses recovery action as and resumption activities required
