The(SEC) is formed by the following people

- • Customer Relations Manager
- • 2 Non- Executive directors
- Their responsibilities of the SEC are to:
- • Assist in the formulation and implementation of social and ethics policies, principles and practices to foster sustainable growth
- • Assist in setting the strategy, establishing goals and integrity suitability, review new and innovative technologies
- • Review the communication and marketing strategies relating to suitable growth
- • Review of the annual sustainability reports prior to its issuance
- • Report regularly to the EXCO for approval
- • Identify social invest initiative opportunities and present to EXCO for approval
