THE SOCIAL AND ETHICS COMMITTEE (SEC)

The(SEC) is formed by the following people

  • • Human Resource Manager
  • • Customer Relations Manager
  • • 2 Non- Executive directors

  • Their responsibilities of the SEC are to:

  • • Assist in the formulation and implementation of social and ethics policies, principles and practices to foster sustainable growth
  • • Assist in setting the strategy, establishing goals and integrity suitability, review new and innovative technologies
  • • Review the communication and marketing strategies relating to suitable growth
  • • Review of the annual sustainability reports prior to its issuance
  • • Report regularly to the EXCO for approval
  • • Identify social invest initiative opportunities and present to EXCO for approval
