The Operations Committee

The(OC) is formed by the following people

  • • The Managing Director (Chairperson)
  • • Factory General Manager
  • • Production Team Leaders
  • • Finance Manager
  • • 2 Board Members
  • • Quality Manager

  • Their responsibilities of the OC are to:

  • • Set production Targets to ensure that we meet our customer’s demands
  • • To ensure that we meet the Health and Safety regulations set either by government and by the industry
  • • Look at complaints we had on quality and hold the respective management responsible for answerers
  • • Measure the company’s record of safety against it peers in the industry and give reasons why and/or how
  • • Monitor and recommend improvements in the our production strategy
  • • Recommend steps to be taken to remain completely trust worth in our Quality Health and Safety outputs and if need be who should be held responsible for errors in this regard and why
