AHACCs Group board supports the recommendations of the King Report on Good Governance for South Africa, 2009 (King 111),through that report, we assure all our shareholders and all our other stakeholders that the AHACCS Group is being managed ethically and is compliant with relevant legislation in the countries we operates in and best practices applicable to that country and/or industry. The group has taken steps to ensure that copliance with the company Act No71 of 2011 as amended is fully complied with, and with no exceptions.
