The executive Committee (EXCO) is formed by the following people

- • 2 non-Execs Directors
- Their responsibilities of the EXCO are to:
- • Make recommendations and take decisions on all matters affecting the company’s strategy and operations aspects including risk management
- • Monitor markets and competitors in order to identify trends.
- • Approve operating plan and budgets for each department and/or funds
- • Measure and monitor department performance and the performance of the entire company
- • Ensure adequate levels of the risks management, controls, good governance and compliance
- • Hold responsible people for their performance areas
- • Approve Improvement for the entire company across the departments
