THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (EXCO)

The executive Committee (EXCO) is formed by the following people

  • • Managing Manager (Chairman)
  • • Factory General Manager
  • • Sales, Brand and Marketing Manager
  • • Customer Relations Manager
  • • Human Resource Manager
  • • 4 Legal Advisor’s
  • • External Auditors
  • • 2 non-Execs Directors

  • Their responsibilities of the EXCO are to:

  • • Make recommendations and take decisions on all matters affecting the company’s strategy and operations aspects including risk management
  • • Monitor markets and competitors in order to identify trends.
  • • Approve operating plan and budgets for each department and/or funds
  • • Measure and monitor department performance and the performance of the entire company
  • • Ensure adequate levels of the risks management, controls, good governance and compliance
  • • Hold responsible people for their performance areas
  • • Approve Improvement for the entire company across the departments
